  • What i'll say is Rome was not built in a day. I was 77Kgs and like everybody i too tried everything to reduce but in vain...then i thought of joining Spirit. I was not so sure still... i enrolled for weight loss program and you wont believe in just 45 days of workout at spirit i shed 11Kgs and that too without any pain of crash dieting. What they ask is to be discipline in your life style...they said i can have everything but should be on time and in limit..and one thing they were very particular about not to have carbs after 6 PM and no solid intake after 8 PM... i followed these simple rules and i am very happy with the result.
